Collaboration area

The collaboration area is an optional plugin that can ne installed in the platform.

It integrates collaboration spaces, implemented by external systems and enabled by means of specific additional plug-ins, inside eXact LCMS functional contexts such as domains and courses.

The implementation of this integration engine is independent from the external system that needs to be integrated. There is the possibility to integrate different external collaboration systems (like SharePoint Portals, Wordpress, blogs, discussion boards and so on) without the need to change the application but by implementing external plug-ins.


there are different levels of collaboration:

within the portal (available to all domains managed by the system)
within a specific domain
within a specific course
