Error codes

In case of generic or unmanaged errors, the platform provides to user an information error page, containing generic information about the error, a "red cross" icon and an "Error code" number.




In order to provide Customer Support information about the error, the user can:

- access to an internal page by typing in the address bar the main access URL followed by a specific page (i.e., <LCMS virtual path>/ShowError.aspx),

- specify the error number

- press the ‘OK’ button.

The system will provide a technical description of the error code specified.
