Material Comments

To check if some comments have been associated to a material, select "Comments" (Digital repository > Search specific content > Comments). A window listing all the bugs related to the specific content will appear:

It is possible to send an e-mail to the person who wrote the comment by clicking on the user's name.

From the bottom page it is also possible to add a new comment or view a detailed report about each specific bug. See the "Add comment" and the "Comment Management" sections for more details.

From the right hand side of the screen a filter panel is available.

To filter the bugs, select the status from the drop-down menu and click on the "Filter data" link (for multiple selection, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the statuses; to unselect one of the selected option, hold down the "Ctrl" key and click on the option you wish to unselect).

 

To view the details of a comment, click on its ID number on the left and the following window will open:

The following options are available from the left hand side menu:

Edit: to modify the comment details click on this link, enter all the necessary amendments on the window that appears and click on "Submit" to confirm or "Cancel" to abandon
Change status: to modify the comment status click on this menu option and refer to the "Change Comment Status" section
Comment history: to view the history of this comment click on its link. A list showing the username that changed the comment status and the date and time of the changes will be displayed:
