To customized the information structure displayed in the tracking reports, select "System configuration > Learning Reports", the following window will display:
Here it is possible to select which items to display when requesting the different types of report in the different modalities (via Web, exporting a CSV file etc.).
Users and Materials: it is possible to state if only the Identifier or the User full name / Material title or both data should be displayed.
Completion and passing dates: the system tracks them any time the completion and passing statuses change, regardless of how they change, so the reports provide incompleteness and failure dates as well (the passing date is recorded not only when the status becomes PASSED but also when it becomes FAILED).
To save all the changes click on "Save". By clicking on "Reset", the changes that have been made will be cancelled.
